Fall’s here and you know what that means … PUMPKIN SPICE!

Last October, I created a pumpkin spice recipe inspired by Diablo III. This time around, I decided to focus on another Blizzard game.

With beta around the corner, it’s time for me to start cooking up some Overwatch inspired snacks. That’s right, we’re hopping aboard the Overwatch hype train! CHOO CHOO. But this time, the hype train is fueled by PUMPKIN PROTEIN COOKIES!

Cheers love, the cookies are here!

UNIT COMPOSITION

1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice

2 tablespoons of agave nectar

1 egg

1/2 cup, 1 teaspoon of almond milk

1/2 cup, 2 teaspoons of pumpkin puree

2 pumpkin pie Quest Bars

1 cup of oats

1 square of dark chocolate

BUILD ORDER

Prep time for this recipe is about 20 minutes. Cook time is ~14 minutes. This recipe will make 9 cookies.

Each cookie contains: 6g of Protein, 4g of Fat, and 5.5g of Net Carbs

OPENING

Take your protein bars and cut away the orange coating. Reserve these pieces in a bowl for later.

Cut the protein bar into pieces and place into a bowl. Add 1/2 cup of almond milk.

Microwave the protein bar for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and stir. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Stir until it makes a smooth liquid.

MID GAME

Put your protein mixture into a large bowl. Add in 1/2 of your oats and stir.

Pour in your pumpkin puree, agave, and egg. Stir until combined.

Add in your remaining oats and gently fold it into the rest of the mixture.

Pre-heat your oven to 325° F.

Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking dish. Use a spoon to portion out your cookie dough mixture, and drop spoonfuls onto the baking dish.

Gently press the cookies into disks.

Bake the cookies for 12 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.

LATE GAME

Add 1 teaspoon of almond milk and 2 teaspoons of pumpkin puree to your reserved protein bar coating. This will make your orange frosting.

Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave again for 30 seconds.

Microwave your dark chocolate in the same manner.

Place your orange frosting and dark chocolate in piping bags.

Pipe the Overwatch symbol onto your cooled cookies.

Eat!

GG WP, hero! Now you’re ready to save the world.

Or, you can wait for your beta access and bake cookies like me. The world needs more cookies.

—————————————————————————————————————

Selama Ashal’anore!

Everyone’s favorite vengeful Blood Elf mage, Kael’thas Sunstrider made his way into the Nexus a few months back. I’ve had a chance to play him several times in ranked, but honestly, I’m not super comfortable with his play style.

I’m more of a Jaina kind of gal (awwwwkward). However, Kael’thas is still a super fun hero to play! I mean, c’mon, FREE living bombs?! YOU GET A LIVING BOMB. AND YOU GET A LIVING BOMB. EVERYONE GETS A LIVING BOMB!

And it’s all thanks to those magical Verdant Spheres. Those Verdant Spheres are his signature accessory. A powerful fashion statement only worn by most haute blood mages!

I’ve immortalized these iconic artifacts in food form: edamame falafels! These falafels are packed full of nutrients which will surely keep you fueled during your quest for vengeance.

UNIT COMPOSITION

salt

pepper

1 cup of tahini sauce*

1 tablespoon of cumin

1 tablespoon of coriander

3 tablespoons of olive oil

5 – 7 cloves of garlic, diced

1/4 cup of cilantro, roughly chopped

1/2 cup of parsley, roughly chopped

1 1/2 cups of edamame, shelled

1 onion, roughly diced

2 jalapeños, diced

*To make homemade tahini sauce, combine: tahini paste, garlic, lemon juice, water and salt.

BUILD ORDER

Prep time for this recipe is roughly 15 minutes. Cook time is about 35 minutes. This makes about 3 servings (about 3 falafels each).

OPENING

Put your onion, edamame, onion, cilantro, 1 jalapeño, and 1/4 cup of parsley in a food processor.

Add in your salt, pepper, cumin, and coriander.

Drizzle in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and pulse to combine.

Continue until it forms a smooth paste.

Remove and set aside.

MID GAME

Set your oven to 375° F.

Line a pan or baking dish with parchment paper.

Using a spoon, scoop out golf ball sized balls of the falafel dough. Roughly shape them into a sphere and drop them onto the parchment paper. Use a butter knife to smooth out the balls.

Bake for 35 minutes or crispy. In order to keep them green, I decided not to flip them.

LATE GAME

Place tahini sauce, jalapeño pepper, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and your remaining parsley in a food processor.

Process until it’s a smooth paste.

Dip a spoon in the sauce and place the back of the spoon against a plate. Drag the spoon up and lift carefully to create a smear affect (or the flame for the verdant spheres).

Place one of the falafels on top of the sauce.

OPTIONAL: Sprinkle parsley over the plate.

Eat!

GG WP!

Now you can embrace AND eat the power of Verdant Spheres! ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ﾉ GLORY TO THE SIN’DOREI! ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ﾉ

We’re headed back to Draenor for another delicious treat! This time, we’re looking to the skies for our meal… It’s RYLAK CREPES!

As a Hunter, it’s always awkward to create a dish from a beast that could have easily been one of your own companions.

LOOK AWAY, MOCHI! JUST… LOOK AWAY.

However, I’ve gotta eat somehow… You can’t fight the Iron Horde when your stomach is rumbling. Besides, those Rylak crepes do look mighty tasty.

In Draenor, Rylak crepes only require five Rylak eggs. Unfortunately, since I couldn’t find any Rylak eggs where I live, I had to improvise with a few more ingredients.

Rylaks are predators, so I would assume that any dish made from them would be packed full of lean protein. My version of Rylak crepes features chicken breast and Quest protein!

UNIT COMPOSITION

FOR THE CREPE

salt

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1/2 cup of whole wheat flour

1 scoop of Quest protein powder

2 eggs

1 cup of milk

FOR THE FILLING

salt

pepper

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 egg

1/2 cup of whole wheat powder

1/2 scoop of Quest protein powder

2 bags of Quest BBQ protein chips

1 lb of chicken breast, cut into strips

1/2 cup of arugula or baby spinach, washed

1/3 lb of asparagus

2/3 lb of fingerling potatoes, cut into fries

FOR THE SAUCE (optional)

1 tablespoon of honey

2 tablespoon of mayonnaise

2 tablespoon of mustard

BUILD ORDER

Total prep time for this dish is about 45 minutes. Total cook time is about 35 minutes. This will make about 4 servings. Each serving contains about ~57g of protein.

OPENING

Preheat your oven to 350°.

Open your bag of chips to let out the air. Then, crush the chips in the bag to create the crispy coating for your chicken.

Place your sliced chicken, 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour, mixed egg and crushed chips into separate dishes. This will be your dredging station.

Add in 1/2 scoop of protein powder to your whole wheat flour and mix to combine.

Take your chicken breast and dip it in the whole wheat flour. Then, dip it in the egg. Then, lightly coat it with the crushed chips. You will want to different hands for this to avoid getting the flour and egg mixture stuck to your hand (something that Alton Brown refers to as “club hand”).
For example, use your left hand for the flour to egg portion. Then, use your right hand for the egg to chips portion.

Place the coated chicken strips on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

Lightly drizzle 1 table spoon of olive oil over the chicken strips.

Bake them for about 14 minutes. While your chicken is baking, prepare the rest of the filling.

MID GAME

In a medium sized pan, add in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Set it on medium high heat.

Once your olive oil comes up to temperature, place your sliced potatoes in the pan.

Let them cook for about 2 -3 minutes on each side or until browned.

Once they’re crispy, remove them from the oil and let them dry on over a paper towel. This paper towel will be used to absorb any extra oil.

Steam your asparagus or boil (you can cheat by throwing them in the microwave for about 2 minutes in a dish with water!).

Carefully wipe your skillet with a paper towel. You will be using this same skillet to make your crepes.

LATE GAME

In a bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour, 1 scoop of protein powder and 1 cup of milk. Add in salt for seasoning.

Set your pan to medium heat.

Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a small bowl. Dip a paper towel into the olive oil and use it to coat the pan with olive oil. You will be doing this between each crepe.

Use a ladle or measuring cup to add your crepe batter to the pan. Quickly swirl the pan to ensure that the batter evenly coats the surface of the pan.

Allow the crepe to cook for about 1 1/2 minutes. Then, flip it over.

Continue cooking for another minute and a half. Remove the crepe and repeat the process. Be sure to wipe down the pan with olive oil.

Once you’ve finished making all your crepes, it’s now time to assemble them. Place a fresh crepe on a plate.

Place your asparagus, spinach/arugula, chicken, and potatoes in the center of the crepe.

Then, roll the crepe up and use a toothpick to hold the crepe in place. ‘

OPTIONAL: Create a honey mustard dipping sauce by combining mayonnaise, honey and mustard.

Eat!

The Raven Lord demands tribute… in the form of tasty appetizers!

I have been playing a ton of Heroes of the Storm lately. I’ve been trying to climb the ladder to finally hit Rank 1. Recently, I have been fortunate enough snag Sylvanas in draft. AW YISS BANSHEE QUEEN.

I have no time for games!

I am totally loving Sylvanas’ play style. It’s an awesome feeling to be fighting someone and then throw out your “E” to teleport when the fight gets too rough.

One of the battlegrounds I enjoy playing is the Cursed Hollow. On this map, the goal is to collect three tributes for the malevolent Raven Lord. He’s totally a big jerk.

There’s usually a ton of fighting when these tributes pop up. And that’s what I absolutely love about this map — the team fights!

Hahaha, big head mode!

Since the Raven Lord demand tribute… We better start cooking!

UNIT COMPOSITION

salt

2 tablespoons of butter

4 – 5 cloves of garlic, grated

1 egg, mixed

1/3 cup of milk

1/3 cup of shredded parmesan cheese

1 lb of purple sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters

BUILD ORDER

Prep time for this dish takes about 30 minutes. Cook time takes 20 minutes for boiling the potatoes, and an additional 12 minutes for baking. This makes 4 servings (about 8 tributes).

OPENING

After peeling and cutting your sweet potatoes, place them in a pot of large water.

Bring that pot of water to boil and cook the sweet potatoes for about 20 minutes or until soft. Then drain the sweet potatoes and return them to the pot.

Add in your salt, cheese, butter, garlic and milk. Use a potato masher to combine the ingredients.

Transfer the mashed sweet potatoes to a bowl.

Add in your egg and stir to combine.

MID GAME

Place the sweet potato mixture in a piping bag.

Lay a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Begin piping out the shape of the raven lord tributes. Start with an oval, and then a pointed tip for the beak.

Then, pipe out the wings.

Use a butter knife to smooth out the entire shape. Use the edge of the butter knife to create the eyes by gently pressing down at an angle.

Continue making the tributes until you run out of sweet potato mixture.

LATE GAME

Set your oven to 350° F.

Let your tributes bake for about 12 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Eat!

GG WP, Heroes!

Please note that eating three of these tributes will not cause the Raven Lord to curse your enemies. However, these are delicious and can satisfy a rumbling tummy. MY BELLY DEMANDS TRIBUTE.

By the way, I have set up a Patreon!

Welcome to my Inn! — err, kitchen. As many you may already know, I have a terrible and soul crushing obsession with Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft. I JUST CAN’T STOP, OK?

I’ve made a few Hearthstone in the past, such as Hearthscones and The Polenta Coin, but it has been a while since my last Hearthstone recipe. But, I’m here to fix that because…

JUSTICE DEMANDS RAVIOLI.

…I’ll see myself out.

This recipe is extra healthy as it combines whole wheat flour, lean turkey and Quest protein powder. We’re all ’bout those GAINS!

Whole wheat causes the dough to be much more denser, so you will want to roll the pasta sheets as thin as possible.

UNIT COMPOSITION

salt

pepper

1 1/2 scoops of Quest protein powder

1 cup of water

1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

3 tablespoons of olive oil

2 sprigs of rosemary

6 cloves of garlic, sliced

1/2 onion, diced

3 eggs

1 cup of spinach

1 1/2 cups of ricotta cheese

1/4 lb of ground turkey

BUILD ORDER

Prep time for this recipe is about 40 minutes. Cook time is about 25 minutes. This will make 3 servings (3 large raviolis). There may be some left over filling.

Each serving will contain about ~22g of protein.

OPENING

Place your whole wheat flour and 1 scoop of protein powder on a flat and flour-dusted surface.

Make an indent and crack your eggs. Using a fork, mix the eggs. Once the eggs have been mixed, add in the water and begin slowly incorporating the flour into the liquid to create the dough.

Fold the dough in on itself until you can create a large dough ball. Cover the dough with a slightly damp towel. Allow the dough to rest for about 30 minutes. During this time, prepare the turkey filling.

MID GAME

Set a large skillet on high heat. Add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Saute 2 cloves of garlic and your chopped onion.

Add in your ground turkey. Season with salt and pepper.

Add in your spinach.

Once the turkey has cooked, remove it from the heat and place in a large bowl. Allow the mix to cool for about 10 minutes.

Add in your ricotta cheese and remaining protein powder. Stir to combine thoroughly.

LATE GAME

To prepare your pasta sheets, break your dough into four sections. Using a rolling pin (dusted with flour), roll your dough sections into sheets small enough to fit through your pasta machine. Dust your pasta machine with flour. You will want your pasta rolled out on the thinnest setting possible.

Once your pasta has rolled out, cut out circles (I used a 4″ cookie cutter).

Cut out 4 long triangles and 4 short triangles. This is to create the points of the Hearthstone star.

Place the triangles in alternating fashion on top of a circle. Place about a tablespoon of filling in the center of the circle.

Place another circle of dough over the filling and crimp the edges together. Create the Hearthstone logo using a thin strand of dough.

Set a pot of water to boil and season with salt. Cook your raviolis for about 5 minutes and remove.

While your raviolis are cooking, prepare your sauce by combining your remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic and rosemary in a hot pan. Allow the garlic to brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

Plate your ravioli. Then, drizzle your rosemary olive oil sauce over the ravioli. Make sure to place some toasted garlic over the ravioli.

Garnish your plate with rosemary sprigs.

Eat!

GG WELL PLAYED!

Now that you’ve learned how to make Well Played Ravioli, GET IN THERE AND COOK, MAGGOT!

Also, woohoo, Happy Birthday Hearthstone! <3

——————————————————————————————————————————–

I’ll admit that I am a horrible fisher in World of Warcraft. Since I started so incredibly late, my fishing skills are insanely sub-par. I basically can only catch the dinky little fish. However, on the rare occasion when I can catch a normal sized fish, it’s pretty exciting.

AWW YEAH, NOW I ONLY HAVE TO CATCH 9 MORE OF THESE INSTEAD OF 19 MORE SO I CAN COMPLETE THIS GARRISON DAILY!

I’ve been trying to simultaneously level up my fishing and cooking, so I’ve been spending a lot of time sitting in my garrison next to a roaring fire.

When I first stared cooking in WoW, I thought that Sturgeon Stew looked amazing and I had to recreate it somehow. So, I did some research and looked around at my local grocery stores for a fish that would vaguely replicate the appearance of the actual in-game item.

However, I honestly didn’t expect that I would find sturgeon at my local grocery store…

But lo and behold, there it was! STURGEON!

If you can’t find sturgeon, you can substitute another fish such as swordfish or cod.

Since the Sturgeon Stew in game has a reddish broth, I decided to create a tomato-based soup. This is similar to a bourdeto, which is basically a Greek fish stew similar to the Italian cioppino.

Let’s get cooking!

UNIT COMPOSITION

salt

pepper

1 teaspoon of olive oil

1 cup of white wine

2 cups of fish stock

2 bay leaves

1/2 onion, roughly chopped

5 sprigs of basil, roughly sliced

5 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced

4 red potatoes, quartered

2 tomatoes, roughly chopped

1/3 lb of dandelion greens

1 1/2 lbs of sturgeon, deboned

BUILD ORDER

Prep time for this dish is roughly 30 minutes. Cook time is about 45 minutes. This makes about 4 servings.

OPENING

Set a large pot to high heat.

Once the pot is up to temperature, add in your olive oil and sautee your garlic and onions.

Reduce to medium heat and add in your tomatoes and basil.

Stir the ingredients gently and allow the vegetables to sweat.

MID GAME

Add in your white wine and fish stock.

Add in your bay leaf and stir.

Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.

Add in your chopped potatoes.

Let this cook for about 30 minutes.

LATE GAME

After about 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft, add in your sturgeon.

Gently ladle liquid over the sturgeon.

Add in your dandelion greens.

Cover the pot with a lid and cook for ~15 more minutes.

Remove your 2 bay leaves.

Eat!

So my goal was to try to make the stew look exactly like the in-game item. I think I got pretty close?

I didn’t actually serve the dish like that though. I’M A LIAR! I cut the sturgeon into more manageable pieces:

GG WP!

I’m sure if you sit there and eat this sturgeon stew for at least 10 seconds, you’ll gain some sort of haste buff… or at least, you’ll feel well fed for a while.

There’s nothing better than coming to your garrison from a long raid and enjoying a hearty home cooked meal. Even before I started playing WoW, I was always fascinated by the robust recipe options offered throughout the game. Choosing to level up the cooking profession was definitely a no-brainer for me because of my interest of mercilessly killing virtual wildlife and throwing their meat over a roaring flame. MEAT GOOD.

LOOK AT ALL THIS POTENTIAL MEAT!

I guess that it’s fitting that I rolled as a hunter in this game.

Appropriate title: the Butcher

Since my local butcher doesn’t offer River Beast, I had to choose a substitute. I decided to go with lamb as my meat of choice. I personally love lamb and its slight gamy flavor. If you’re not a fan of lamb, feel free to use beef. You may have to adjust the cook time and quantity of liquid since typically larger than lamb shanks.

There’s something special about red wine and red meat. That enchanting aroma that gently wafts through your home as the meat slowly cooks in a bath comprised of its own fatty juices and wine is just magical... Excuse me while I get a bucket for all of this drool.

UNIT COMPOSITION

salt

pepper

6 cloves of garlic

1/2 tablespoon of butter

1 cup of red wine

1/2 cup of beef stock

2 lbs of lamb shank, french trimmed (~4 lamb shanks)

2 carrots, sliced

3 parsnips, sliced

OPTIONAL: parsley

BUILD ORDER

Prep time for this is about 25 minutes, or up to 45 minutes if you plan to french trim your lamb shanks. Cook time is ~1 hour, 45 minutes. This makes 4 servings.

Just to note, french trimming is completely optional! It’s really only for presentation purposes.

If you’re going to french trim your lamb shanks on your own, you’re going to want a very sharp paring knife. Here’s a tutorial I used.

Basically, you’ll want to make an incision around bone at the very end of the shank. Then, cut into the meat, and remove about 1″ of it. Scrape off any excess fat/tendon away from the bone until it’s fairly clean. When cooking, the meat will slide down from the bone.

OPENING

Season your lamb with salt and pepper.

Put a pan on high heat and add in your butter.

Sear the lamb for about 30 seconds each side, or until brown.

Place lamb in a large baking dish. Pour in your red wine and stock. You should have enough liquid to cover 3/4 of the lamb shanks.

MID GAME

Preheat your oven to 350° F.

Place your garlic in the baking dish.

Place the entire baking dish in the oven and bake for 1 hour.

LATE GAME

After an hour, flip over the lamb shanks.

Add in your chopped vegetables and continue baking for the remaining 45 minutes.

Remove from the oven and plate the lamb shanks and vegetables.

Pour the remaining liquid into a pan and reduce on high heat for about 5 minutes.

Drizzle the reduced red wine sauce over the lamb. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the plate.

Eat!

I took some photos of the lamb shank without the vegetables since I wanted to replicate what it looks like in-game:

Image from WoWhead

But, to have a balance meal, you need to throw in some vegetables!

GG WP!

Hopefully this dish has satisfied your Draenor cuisine cravings for now. Until next time, happy hunting!

I PVP a lot. The majority of my time spent in WoW is either queuing up for Arenas, skirmishes or battle grounds. I’m even guilty of using the group finder to join large gank squads that roam the lands of Draenor for the sole purpose of farming the bones of the enemy faction.

OH HEY GUYS WHATCHA DOIN??

The Arena team I run with is comprised of a Hunter (that’s me!), a Paladin and a Warlock. Before each match, our Warlock slaps down a Soulwell so we can create Healthstones. Of course, I always saw it as tasty tasty food.

I CAN’T SEE ANYTHING

So, I decided to recreate my own real life Healthstones so I can eat Healthstones while I eat Healthstones. Yo dawg.

I keep a lot of protein powder at home because my boyfriend and I are trying really hard to achieve sick gains. I have been religiously following the YouTube channel, Buff Dudes, for inspiration on healthy cooking and workout routines. Some of their recipes turn not-so-healthy things, such as brownies, into handheld protein-fueled snacks. My goal with Healthstones is to sneakily hide protein and nutrition into bite-sized portable snacks. A quick snack to enjoy before your next arena match!

UNIT COMPOSITION

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

2 teaspoons of raw agave nectar

1 tablespoon of shredded coconut (optional)

1 tablespoon of unsweetened matcha green tea powder

1/4 cup of raw pistachios, roughly chopped

1/2 cup of peanut butter or almond butter

BUILD ORDER

Prep time for this is about 15 minutes (add 10 minutes of blanching the pistachios) This makes 6 servings (~6 individual Healthstones). Idle time is about 30 minutes.

OPTIONAL: If you want squeaky clean pistachios without the skins, I recommend blanching them. To blanch them, take your shelled pistachios and toss them into boiling water for about 30 seconds.

Then remove the pistachios from the hot water and place them in a bath of ice water. Once they are cool to the touch, gently rub off the skins from the pistachios. Let them dry on a towel for a few minutes.

Combine your protein powder, agave, and peanut butter in a large bowl.

Add in your matcha green tea powder.

Using a spoon, stir the ingredients together, adding coconut occasionally to thicken the mixture.

Stir in half of your chopped pistachios. Leave larger pieces for later in order to decorate the stones.

Begin shaping them into golf-ball sized mounds. Place large pieces of pistachio on the mounds for decoration.

Sprinkle a little protein powder onto a plate (this is to prevent the Healthstones from sticking to the plate while cooling). Place your newly shaped Healthstones on the plate and cover with saran warp. Let cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Eat!

GG WP!

Next time you queue up for arena or LFR, make sure you have some tasty Healthstones in your bag to curb your hunger. Thankfully, these Healthstones don’t have a cool down.

If you’ve had a chance to play the Garden of Terror map in Heroes of the Storm, you will completely understand the importance of eating your vegetables. LET ME IMPROVE YOUR WEAK FLESH!

On the Garden of Terror map, players are encouraged to collect seeds by smacking Garden Shamblers and the Garden Terror.

Once your team collected 100 seeds, you can return to your base and summon your own GARDEN TERROR! When a player controls the Garden Terror, they are free to roam the map and cause havoc. Typically, what I try to do is run straight for the towers and start smacking away.

There’s just something so darn awesome about being a giant plant and rampaging across the map. ROOAAARRRRR.

However, one should not play Heroes on an empty stomach… So I’ve devised this recipe to curb your hunger while channeling your inner Hero of the Storm!

Since the seeds are key to success on this map, it seemed natural to recreate such an important feature in food.

UNIT COMPOSITION

salt

pepper

1 teaspoon of olive oil

1/2 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce

5-6 cloves of garlic, diced

1/4 lb of crimini mushrooms, diced

2 roma tomatoes, seeds removed and diced

1/3 lb of spinach

1/3 lb of ground turkey

1 red cabbage

BUILD ORDER

Prep time is roughly 30 minutes. Total cook time is about 45 minutes. This will make 4 servings (about 2 each)

OPENING GAME

Set water to boil in a large pot.

Carefully peel the leaves from the red cabbage.

Place leaves in boiling water for about 6 minutes or until soft (the water will turn dark purple).

Remove and let cool.

MID GAME

Set a pan on high heat and add olive oil.

Add in your diced garlic. Let garlic brown. Then, add in your mushrooms and tomatoes. Saute for about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.

In a bowl, combine your ground turkey, salt, pepper and worcesteshire sauce. Add in your sauted vegetables. Mix until combined.

Take a tablespoon of meat and place it in center of one of the cooked cabbage leaves. Then fold the edges of the cabbage leaf to create a pouch. Use a toothpick to hold the top together.

LATE GAME

Place the “seeds” on a baking dish and bake for 25 – 30 minutes at 375° F.

While the seeds are cooking, lightly boil your spinach. It will take about 2 minutes to cook.

Once the spinach has cooked, drain it and arrange it to form leaves on the plate.

Remove the seeds from the oven and place them on top of the spinach.

Eat!

And BOOM, you’re done! GG WP!

If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, you will notice my voracious appetite for all
things pumpkin spice. Like, literally everything…

[tweet https://twitter.com/kierpanda/status/514235954047893504 width=’600′]

I have spent my shopping days wandering the aisles of various stores looking for their most pumpkiny of offerings. I assume that my apartment will soon be covered by a thin film of pumpkin spice flavor for the duration of fall.

[tweet https://twitter.com/kierpanda/status/516791705149140992 width=’600′]

I enjoy pumpkin spice so much that the very talented @Urgoslav made me a gif compiling some delectable pumpkin spice treasures that I’ve posted to my Twitter.

[tweet https://twitter.com/Urgoslav/status/514607282605158400 width=’600′]

So when Lylirra informed me about this thread, I went into a pumpkin spice fueled fury. DIABLO and PUMPKIN SPICE? Two of my most favoritest things in the world combined into one delicious and healthy treat? WHY YES, NEPHALEM.

Little Lord of Terror makes a new friend!

It has been oddly hot here in Northern California, so a refreshing smoothie is something I needed to beat this heatwave.

Much like my last bottomless potion recipe, Bottomless Potion of Kulle-Aid, this Bottomless Potion of Pumpkin Spice will also be a very simple-to-make drink.

UNIT COMPOSITION

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of ginger

1/8 teaspoon of cloves

1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg

1/2 tablespoon of honey (substitute agave to make it vegan!)

2 teaspoons of chia seeds

1 cup of almond milk (substitute for regular milk, soy, or coconut milk)

3/4 cup of canned pumpkin

You can also use pumpkin pie spice instead of getting cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. Just use about 3/4 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.

BUILD ORDER

Prep time for this is about 15 minutes. This makes 2 servings.

Combine your cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg.

Pour your pumpkin and spices into a blender. Drizzle in your honey.

Pour in your chia seeds.

Begin blending your pumpkin smoothie while slowly pouring in your almond milk. Blend until thoroughly combined.

Enjoy!

This smoothie will taste like a big ol’ pumpkin pie in your cup. Enjoy it for breakfast, lunch, dinner or anytime you need to quell your pumpkin spice cravings!

Not only is this smoothie very easy to craft, but it’s very nutritious for you as well. Chia seeds and pumpkin are both full of fiber. It’s the perfect hands-free nutrition you need to squash your hunger while squashing the demons of hell.

So drink up, Nephalem!

See you in Sanctuary!
