I don’t bake sweets that often mainly because I’m terrible at baking. But, I heard it was someone’s birthday today. In honor of such a momentous occasion, I decided to create a cake which was a special request by the Diablo III team: Heart of Sin Cakes.

Almost burned my hand lighting that candle because I am an idiot.
I’ll talk about the cake later, though. I’ve got a more important topic to cover: Patch 1.08.
About a week ago, Patch 1.08 was unleashed upon the Americas server. Of course, that means that a lot of changes were rolled out. One of the most exciting changes (in my opinion) is the huge buff to experience and magic/gold find when in multiplayer games. As a result, I started joining random public games in order to take advantage of the sweet bonuses. I had a lot of fun and found a good amount of legendaries on my runs. It’s a win-win situation.
I’ve had the pleasure of playing with some CM wizards on a several long runs in Act I and Act II. Having a CM wizard in your party has some great advantages, however, the constant spell effects from the wizards and myself take a massive toll on my dusty old laptop.

I have no idea what’s going on here… I hope we’re winning though.
I don’t know about you, but I love seeing my damage numbers explode on the screen. I’m using a new build that relies on the new-and-improved Rapid Fire. Currently, I’m using the Bombardment rune. It kind of looks like my DH is having a tinkle.

hahahahah. I have the maturity of a seven-year-old.
So yeah, that’s what I’ve been doing for the past week. Running around and tinkling on mobs. THIS IS MY DEMON HUNTER LIFE STYLE. Deal with it.
Earlier in this post I mentioned something about cake! But, this isn’t your ordinary cake — this is cake derived of sin. Sinfully sweet sugar, fattening butter, exceptionally dark chocolate, and potent booze all combined together to create the ultimate treat for the Lord of Hell.
It’s Diablo III’s first birthday and we’re celebrating it in style! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

You’re old!
